Whilst I appreciate you trying to come up with a name that fits an MM theme, perhaps something that sounds a little less like a cartoon for the under sevens would work a tad better?

I'm not sure whether points ranking is useful for this sort of thing. Or anything, really. But there's not really a good alternative at the moment. Maybe just experience, 50 games+ with a win percentage in double figures perhaps?

I suggested the Diplomat ranking as a simple way to nominate a group of players.. How many players have that classification ? I don't know.

If we're recruiting, then what can we do about helping inexperienced, and interested people with no experience in the early stages of their membership to improve retention rate.

Being a good experienced player is not enough on it's own to be a good Mentor, helper.
