if i help France into Holland Bel into Holland so Holland now support into Bel will be gone. Germany now has Pic Munich ruh to get Bel. If Pic moves into Belgium with support of Ruh he would take Belg. But If Burg moves into Bel with EC support that be 2 on 2. But my question now is this. Would the Munich attack(my paris is going to Burg as well) to Burg Take out the move of Burg to Bel?

Would Germany get Bel or no?

While taking about ongoing games is not appropriate, it seems like this is essentially a mechanics question. I'm not entirely sure what exactly you are asking, so I'll take my best guess.

Attacking a territory does not prevent it the unit in that territory from moving from moving. For example:

Turkey
BUL -> RUM
BLA support BUL -> RUM
CON -> BUL

Austria:
SER -> BUL
GRE support SER -> BUL

Assuming none of the supports are interrupted and and RUM doesn't have a unit support-holding it, Turkey will take RUM and Austria will take BUL.

I won't answer any questions specific to your game, though.
