Okay, I waited for a few more to vote, but now I'm wondering if Damo is Town, which would mean Connor is scum. I am worried because there is NO opposition. This means
1 Damo is Town, and the Mafia team have no problem coming in on the mislynch.
Or 2 the mafia team is now bussing to get Town cred.

I think 2 is more likely since the same thing seems to have happened on Xorxes, but I worry number 1 is true. Thoughts?

There are only three reasons BA would have killed Peter instead of damo/Connor.

1) Either damo or Connor is BA. They knew if they killed the other, they would be the lynch today.
2) The BA thought one of damo/Connor was mafia but not both, and was unsure which it was. They were more certain of Peter mafia than either damo or Connor
3) The BA is an idiot

In that case, mafia didn't roleblock obviously BA and BA killed peter(not so strong position). I think that is unlikely.

I think #1 could very much be true - but I just can't explain the way damo is playing at all...

Damo did PR(BA and IC) hunting Day4-Night4.
So, I think damo is obviously scum and he did probably scumlike movement intentionally.
Now, I don't doubt damo is scum. Not sure why he did so.
For Connor looking good or WIFOM I think.

There are two parts to solving and focusing on one or the other is bad. Let's say Fox is the analytical side, Flav is more the feelings/vibes side, and Xorxes is a perfect blend of the two.

That doesnt mean being a perfect blend of the two is the best way to play. I think being analytical at all is the worst way to play cause guess what no one, and I mean NO ONE even pays attention to that, we are all human not robots here, read what people say, not the nonsense of how many replies they make to particular people etc etc

Well, assuming you are town... If you're about to get lynched that would make it 7-4-1 - Mafia & BA NK us down to 5-4-1, 6-3-1, or 6-4-1 (correctly RB BA).

Giving scum the identity of the BA gives Town less risky Nights (BA could hit or miss) and gives us the identity of the BA for future lynch (or maybe we would do it the next day). But, if Town ever mislynches, we don't have the BA to fall back on - and makes the mislynch more deadly. However, the BA is prone to mis-NKs, so it's the same problem...

It's all about risk vs. reward honestly, I suppose it's your choice - but if you're not getting lynched, I would keep it to yourself for the moment (but maybe keep the post drafted up and ready to submit in the last minutes in case someone last minute switches wagons and lynches you).

@chip: How F-K can you fail answering the basic question on "whichever of damo/connor is town"?'

I fail to see where this question was addressed to me. You mind quoting that post that asked me that?

Also, I really don't know - I really don't know which one is faking the RB, and there's no evidence to prove or disprove either of the two, but my leading theory is that they both are scum (sacrifice one to "clear" the other). But that theory is just a theory, and I really don't have any strong guesses on who's lying and who's not.

How do you not know, and now do know??
Connor is the one who was with us on TrPrado in the beginning how do you all of a sudden now not know??

Judge is probably a town liability, but could be helpful in the right hands. don't forget that the bailiff started out knowing who the judge was, so that's a way to create clears.

@durga, if I made the case that it was someone not-durga that did it, would you consider whether or not Neph got played?

dude, neph is the person who picked et vs EP without any prompt. have you considered that maybe he just has bad reads??
also, both of you were pretty scummy so it's actually not that bad. even if you both somehow end up as town, i think his guesses were fine.

unfortunately, this power sucks and if we just waited a bit longer we'd have the ACTUAL showdown between connor and damo which is the only thing the judge power is useful for.

He used them at good times. Also, it's not that he thought et and EP were scum, it's that he thought they were being overlooked (and that potential scum was being overlooked) - he forced us to examine both of them carefully, and in the end we only mislynched a town VT. Also, he provided us with some direction that day (really, tell me who we were going to lynch that day) and allowed us to see how we split up over the two candidates - giving us information for later in the game.

Just because it ended up with a mislynch doesn't make it a bad move.

It was a bad move, there were a thousand other people we could of lynched instead and we would of gotten the same information
