So I'm scummy for not hunting the Alien hard enough but it's also bad to try to lynch the Alien.

just because I think it bad doesnt mean that a town jamiet would automatically feel the same way. You usually dont let down, and you have been around.

This forced voting mechanic seems really horrible for the alien and I'm struggling to see why you are all so worried about him. Furthermore, the GM confirmed the alien must be alive to trigger his wincon, so it's even going to be difficult for scum to throw to him.

Our top priority must continue to be hunting for the actual factual mafia, not the alien.

As for scumhunting, why does everyone have the same reads?

Usually at this point in the game is where the conspiracy theories start popping out, but I don't see any.

Why is everyone in the PoE pile sitting still, content with the obvious path this game is going? Scum is sitting still waiting for another lynch, hoping it's not them?There's no scum in the PoE pile at all?

Do you want a conspiracy theory: scum roleblocked Assassin Vecna on N1 to get him towncred. That's a good explanation for Vecna being so off.

the real question is why those outside the poe pool are so terrible at obvtowning this game compared to their usual performance, and so content with just taking a lynch up the poopchute.

Probably they don't have any reads which makes this game hard AF. Mechanical lynches always break up the game and people have a shit time coming back into it after.
