Contrary to my own advice to CptMike below, I just threw away @7,500, so I may as well throw more good points after bad. :|

I'm mostly a gunboat player now, but I can probably manage a 160-character tweet per phase, if that's cool with everyone.

Prefer DSS. Anon or non is fine. @1,000-@4,0000 max.
