You asked about my RDR question… he commented on my thoughts about the voting on D1. He said that it was diverting to mechanics. While I agree that mechanic discussions are often scum activities, I don’t see that my analysis was mechanical. So I was seeing if anyone else thought it was mechanical. I was also seeking response to my post.

Thinking about brain, I see his lack of posting as townie. Brain hates being town. He finds it boring.

Also, the mass ‘pretend to be PR’ benefits scum. It doesn’t really give us info, but helps them determine who might be dangerous. Surely the cop will let us know his scans.

Hey guys. I am back after a busy working week. I still feel I have things to prove at my new job so it has been rather long days.

Anyhow since I voted CFOX yesterday, I did ISO him again just now. Still he is spamming quite a lot but once in a while he puts is some stuff relating to the game and those pieces give me an towny impression. So I do not think I will vote CFOX on D2. Next I will do some other ISOs of people I find suspicious. Good that it is Saturday tomorrow and I will have some hours where I can read up on the full thead before EoD2 and put in a new fresh vote.

Personally I felt like you took it a little out of context: He was responding to an attitude problem that some players seemed to have--to which he said something along the lines of (what I understood to be), skimming is better than not reading at all, skimming and responding is better than just skimming, and actively reading and participating is the best.

I don't think Damo bad logic on town cleaning Tham is scummy, what would be a scum motivation to do this? I find the focus on info more worrying as it's usually a scum tactics to avoid real reads and it's exactly what I was pushing on Dargo.

this is also super super scummy, what do you mean what is a scum's logic to try and push false clears. One, if they're a buddy you now have a cleared buddy, and two, if they're town you can claim "look I town read this guy correctly sheep me"

Have done a day 1 vca and draw the following conclusions:

thamrick is town

today's best lynch by far is thdfrance because if he scumflips it provides a lot of useful info virtually townclearing 5 people and highlighting 2 others as highly dubious. If he townflips then that puts those 2 in a very different light.

So, ##vote thdfrance.

thd - in the event you are lynched and flip town I trust you will understand.

I think a CFox lynch would provide less info (and I don't think he is scum).

It wouldn't absolutely townclear, it would virtually townclear. I do not wish to name names at this stage but it should be discernible from d1 vote patterns.

Ezio - Genuinely not that interested in responding to things re the MF questions which gives him some easily avoidable heat.

MF - Pressured ezio to respond but just never voted for him and just kinda let it drop. While I do townread him its possible they're scum together. It was an odd interaction.

Brain has just felt weird all game. He isn't really pushing that much and his last vote wasn't inspiring - definitely one of my top scum reads, the claim could have been an attempt to out the actual doctor as well

Vapor seemed D1 to be playing like he held more information and wanted the game to develop faster and isn't really doing much other than agreeing with Tom - scumread

Cfox seems probs town, every so often he contributes something worth reading I guess
