i threw together this build fairly quickly on pcpartpicker for you. it's similarly priced, but i reckon it's a lot more powerful of a build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vwXbTB

Let me also just add that i took a few liberties. you can always save some money by not including a third party cpu fan (tho its recommended), and it's never a bad idea to have more RAM (I gave u the 8gb like the build you posted had). Also, nobody really uses optical drives anymore, but i included one anyway since idk you.

But I do agree that if you're trying to minna performance for the same cost you should do the cpu fan end optical drive and add more ram

As a follow up to this I bought a gtx 1050 and installed it myself into an existing PC and civ games run incredibly well. For what I wanted to do I didnt need more than that. Im still thinking of building my own but for what I need, this probably was a bit more intense of a setup. Thank you for the effort though
