Hmm. I didn't read the last game that closely. But I feel like he's usually more insightful than he's being here. Do you think his play here is pretty much identical to last game?

I called him out fairly near the EoD for not providing any reads and for retracting the only read he'd given all day, and attempted to start a late wagon on him. He OMGUS'd me for most of the rest of the game

So what's your read of him this game? He won't omgus me, I'm his spokesperson

I'm not inclined to scumread him for the same reasons as last game when I was wrong last game

There's this:

I'm also mildly suspicious of Rivera because even though he's often not a big poster early, he usually does present some reads. This game all he's done is piggy-back off my brain townread, said basically what I said about Macca (and bozo pointed out why Rivera saying that didn't make sense) and made a weird comment about Maniac being scummy for things that Rivera knows very well that town!Maniac does.

I just don't think he's being as insightful as normal, and I think he may have been echoing/agreeing with me so he could call me his spokesperson and pocket me. Also, maybe now I'm confbiasing, but the way that he agreed with my brainbomb read didn't make a lot of sense, as brain pointed out.

Well I didn't study how he was acting last game, so I don't have that reference. I'm comparing him to previous town games I've seen him in.

And you didn't say whether you think he's acting the same as last game, you're just saying my case is the same as yours. Those aren't the same thing.

I like killing rdrivera more than killing lfischl, and these seem like the two viable options currently, so it's with regret that I announce I will not be throwing my vote away on a third party. Maybe next time after we've implemented voter reform and this jurisdiction recognises the necessity of proportional representation I will be able to vote my true preferences, unlike the perverse incentives of first past the post
