I tend to focus on mechanics and vca. I tend to find townreading easier and find scum by POE. So day 1 I'm pretty useless. With regard to posting stilted or careful posts are suspicious as is evasiveness.

Okay, follow-up: With your response above in mind, would you say you're more of an observer or a hunter?

I don’t get why getting people to explain what they look for to catch scum does anything except help scum to avoid doing things that will cause suspicion to befall them. I don’t see how this philosophical question is helpful in game to be honest.

When I scumread someone I say why I do. I don’t necessarily look for anything in particular.

I do find it odd that if youre town, your first impression is not to think im tryhardnig there by coming up with some bullshit to read the two of you as partners on p1.

Instead both your reaction was ridicule, which often (not always) infers that you already know im town.

Ive never seen Bozo find this many concise "reasons" to be voting this many different people this early in any game ever.

I also noticed this - he usually just starts 'investigating' and asking questions, not hip-firing.

I think Bozo often comes in with strange strategies..e.g., M1011 he posted massive walls of previous-game meta.

I would say many of us look for something different initially and knowing what they do is important for understanding how they are playing.

Ignoring styles can be detrimental to town if you don't care.

Alright somewhat caught up now, thanks Bunny/Bozo for making it so hard to tell the difference between your posts. I think the only difference is whether a youtube link is included. That said, I am not sure why the multiple back to back votes by bozo was a thing, that felt a little off to me.
