Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
Well, I was right about Tham and wrong about Ezio.
The good thing we have a pool of semi clears and it will be hard to Mafia to kill then all.
Can we read something about Reedeer becoming the king after Macbeth died? I am a bit puzzled as I would expect Macbeth to be scum if I remember the play correctly.

Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
How do you know? Do you know why you took the throne from Foxcastle?
Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
Yes. As it is now clear that I am a throne claimant (now king) my claim to the throne was if I lynched two mafia, or two throne claimants. Since I have only been on two lynch trains I know both were throne claimants, since tham was not scum.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 12:53 pmHow do you know? Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
Foxcastle was not on yavuzovic's wagon D1, so his claim to the throne must not have been based on lynching someone. Do you have any information about other claims to the throne?reedeer1 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 2:30 pmYes. @Foxcastle: Since reedeer knows how his claim to the throne works, I assume you do as well. Is there a town reason you are keeping it hidden?
Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
I have been perfectly clear on what my understanding was: there was a mafia claimant and a town claimant in a rivalry. I did not know how many thrones might be in play, but now it looks like I was previously mistaken and that there was only one throne.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 5:24 pm@Foxcastle: Since reedeer knows how his claim to the throne works, I assume you do as well. Are you saying this means that you or reedeer must be scum because the throne passed from you to him?Foxcastle wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 5:46 pmI have been perfectly clear on what my understanding was: there was a mafia claimant and a town claimant in a rivalry. reedeer gave a specific criteria for him taking the throne, lynching two scum or lynching two throne claimants. Were you given a specific criteria for taking the throne?
Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
I'm not sure any more that reedeer must be scum. I think reedeer's "specific criteria" could be post hoc fabrication. I suspect he's Macduff, but am not sure that's scummy. But I would be interested in lynching him from a purely academic standpoint to see what happened.bozotheclown wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 9:29 pmAre you saying this means that you or reedeer must be scum because the throne passed from you to him?Foxcastle wrote: ↑Thu Apr 12, 2018 5:46 pmI have been perfectly clear on what my understanding was: there was a mafia claimant and a town claimant in a rivalry. The only criteria I knew of was that if one of the rival claimants died, the other would be king.
Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
The more I think about it, the scummier Reedeer's claimant criteria is, actually. His win condition aligns too closely with town's win condition for me to think that's likely. And if we think there are any more than 4 throne claimants, then it becomes ridiculous that his win condition is "be on any two lynches of this large subset of game on two axes"...

If this helps I am King Lear

Ezio: confirmed town
reedeer: likely town - His explanation for his claim to the throne was very specific, it seems like there was more detail than necessary if he was fabricating it.
Vecna: likely town - He is probably town with an extra win condition like those who have a claim to the throne as opposed to a third party.
Vashta: neutral – There is not a lot to go on, but his vote for yavuzovic D1 does not look like bussing.
Foxcastle: neutral - His claim to the throne could have been a town or scum claim, but his being vague about the details of his claim is suspicious.
rdrivera: possible scum, he stayed off the yavuzovic wagon D1 and only voted for know town D2 and D3
bo_sox: possible scum - He could have used one of the scum fake claim names D1 to save himself, he was trying hard to defend his claim N1, and has not done much since. Also, after claiming a town PR role D1, he has not been NKed, and there has yet to be any evidence that town PRs exist.

Big Wig Executive: This needs a love story. Something visceral and raw. Some softcore stuff, maybe cinemax will do this if we present it as a porno.

ROMEO
In faith, I will. Let me peruse this face.
Mercutio’s kinsman, noble County Paris!
What said my man, when my betossed soul
Did not attend him as we rode? I think
He told me Paris should have married Juliet.
Said he not so? Or did I dream it so?
Or am I mad, hearing him talk of Juliet,
To think it was so? O, give me thy hand,
One writ with me in sour misfortune’s book!
I’ll bury thee in a triumphant grave.
A grave? O no, a lantern, slaught’red youth;
For here lies Juliet, and her beauty makes
This vault a feasting presence full of light.
Death, lie thou there, by a dead man interr’d.
(Laying Paris in the tomb.)
How oft when men are at the point of death
Have they been merry, which their keepers call
A lightning before death! O how may I
Call this a lightning? O my love, my wife,
Death, that hath suck’d the honey of thy breath,
Hath had no power yet upon thy beauty:
Thou art not conquer’d, beauty’s ensign yet
Is crimson in thy lips and in thy cheeks,
And death’s pale flag is not advanced there.
Tybalt, liest thou there in thy bloody sheet?
O, what more favor can I do to thee,
Than with that hand that cut thy youth in twain
To sunder his that was thine enemy?
Forgive me, cousin! Ah, dear Juliet,
Why art thou yet so fair? Shall I believe
That unsubstantial Death is amorous,
And that the lean abhorred monster keeps
Thee here in dark to be his paramour?
For fear of that, I still will stay with thee,
And never from this palace of dim night
Depart again. Here, here will I remain
With worms that are thy chambermaids; O, here
Will I set up my everlasting rest,
And shake the yoke of inauspicious stars
From this world-wearied flesh. Eyes, look your last!
Arms, take your last embrace! And, lips, O you
The doors of breath, seal with a righteous kiss
A dateless bargain to engrossing death!
Come, bitter conduct, come, unsavory guide!
Thou desperate pilot, now at once run on
The dashing rocks thy sea-sick weary bark!
Here’s to my love!
(Almost Drinks.)
Who are you?
(Nazis enter dressed like nuns)
Nazi 1: Wie know what you did in Kiev.
Romeo: Kiev? This is Verona…?
Nazi 2:
This
Is
Narnia
Bitch
(Shoots Romeo)
(Dies.)
NAZI 1
Haha, look lil loverboy wanted to take his own life.
NAZI 2
He had lots o sex tho. With de bozo.
[Juliet rises.]
JULIET
O comfortable nuns! Where is my lord?
I do remember well where I should be,
And there I am. Where is my Romeo?
[Noise within.]
NAZI 1 (dressed as a nun)
I hear some noise, lady.
Of death, contagion, and unnatural sleep.
A greater power than we can contradict
Hath thwarted our intents. Come, come away.
Thy husband in thy bosom there lies dead;
And Paris too. Come, I’ll dispose of thee
Among a sisterhood of holy nuns.
Stay not to question, for the watch is coming.
Come go, good Juliet,
(Noise again.)
I dare no longer stay.
[Exit.]
JULIET
Go get thee hence, for I will not away.
What’s here? A cup clos’d in my true love’s hand?
Poison, I see, hath been his timeless end.
O churl, drunk all, and left no friendly drop
To help me after? I will kiss thy lips,
Haply some poison yet doth hang on them,
To make me die with a restorative.
Thy lips are warm.
JULIET
Yea, noise? Then I’ll be brief. O happy dagger,
(Taking Romeo’s dagger.)
This is thy sheath;
*Stabs herself.*
there rust, and let me die.
(**Falls on Romeo’s body and dies.**)

I hate lovers as a role...At least when both are on the same side.

Re: Mini Mafia II: Shakespeare Mash Game Thread
Ezio was about to be lynched and soft claimed Romeo and then Tham was lynched for some reason I am not the best to explain. Reedeer get the throne and claimed the condition to this was lynching two scum or two throne claimants. He also claimed King Lear.
And we are in Mylo if I am doing the right math.
