First I wanna draw attention to his first read list.
He publishes statements on 9 players. He has 2 town reads (3 if you include me?) and 6 general statements. I particularly note his reads of food/fox these are both awkward reads.
He then votes Tem so he doesn't fly under the radar. This is towny, although not necessarily when done on page 10. It seems more that he thought of it as a reason to justify opportunistic votes then couldn't wait to use it.
These two lines also give me a chill. He says that he cant deal with them, why not scumread them for being fake? These seem very much like he has TMI although its a small detail.
Claiming 29hrs before EOD is rather poor play regardless. It seems to me though that he is going for overt nonchalance with regards to his lynch although his claim betrays him, he feels threatened (wagon was 4/4)
Im gonna skip straight to EOD now. He has declared a scumread on ND yet votes Maniac. The Maniac wagon peaks at 3 votes with 37 minutes to go. Vapor then votes for ND with 1 min to go because bozo claimed a stone I think this is scum indicative because he didn't consolidate his vote earlier when he was clearly around and felt the need to explain himself. Almost like he was scared of future scrutiny.

The only thing I REALLY want to point out here is his introduction of his dodgy read on me. In the past Vapor usually townreads me. He townread me strongly last game and I was scum. I can see why he may have some trepidation however, town!Vapor would look into me and actively investigate and discuss with people their read of me rather than just always suspect me slightly. It shows his general lack of solving effort. If I do die I think this is perhaps the biggest giveaway on his ISO.
He never has. This is not town indicative.

His first read list addresses 13 people. 3 town, 3 scum and 7 nulls. Note that uses things like "brain is always sus" (he heavily townread brain early D1 when he wasn't under suspicion, now however...) Once again a hedgy read list that more or less allows him to vote for whoever comes up. There is nothing against the flow here. While not Scum indicative in and of itself its weak considering the rest of his game.
Less than an hour he switches his vote to me. From "someone who is scum yesterday, today and tomorrow" to someone "that might be a candidate"
He then shifts his vote back to EP (via food) and holds it.

The main thing I wanna say here is he says to shoot me. Ask yourself why? All he has on me is that he normally townreads me and has been wrong. There is no way this can ever be towny.
He also says Tem is the same as last game when he was scum. This is fundamentally not true. Tem last game buddied hard and was rather vocal. Here he is subdued and relatively quiet.
Also in his read list to post (~1hr later) he completely omits food from his scum list depsite initially labeling him as the scum RINGLEADER.

TLDR.
Vapor's ISO is fraught with low effort claims and statements with no cases or attempt to sort out the people he is unsure about. Most importantly however, he routinely FORGETS WHO HE IS SCUMREADING This kind of position can not possibly be someone who is actively trying to solve the game.
