I have done it before with Ezio and we won the game. In fact Ezio counter claimed me without any previous agreement. I was so pissed with him that when he flipped scum everybody believed I was town.

My insistence on damo was because I felt confident he’d be a judge over anyone else.

He is very clearly not town.
