Between one and three Angels are plausibly town right now. The Angels' best path to victory is eliminating the Judges and winning a game of mafia with the town. The town's best path to victory is eliminating the Judges and winning a game of mafia with the Angels.

I advocated against the massclaim in part because I was expecting this play from the judges, but luckily we've claimed in such a way that it's messy.
I had a sense you were anti-mass claim from the angel perspective this entire time because it does make it more difficult for you to win.
This is from the town perspective.

Honestly, for real here - multi-ball setups are a GREAT change of pace.

I’ll still be away for a bit longer. I’m going to ##unvote for now

Can people explain why DrF over MMA hunting? Is it just to get a scum taken off the board ?

I don't think we should assume anyone who's ended the day with votes is guaranteed not MMA. The Angels really need that role in the late game, so hiding it is probably wise.

At a high level, we have two options here. Aim for a judge or aim for an Angel.

If we're aiming for a judge, I think we probably just kill Fidelis. If he's really the arsonist, we're going to have to kill him tomorrow anyway, and doing it now gives us more flexibility right now, so I'm leaning in that direction. If the Angels do get a kill, we go into tomorrow 5-3-2, which leaves us with control of our own fate.

If we shoot for an Angel, we risk hitting a judge anyway, or the last unknown townie (me). In the worst case, where MMA is activated and our unknown townie dies, we avoid targeting outside of town to limit judge fear, MMA kills a townie, and we go into tomorrow 4-3-3. At that point, we don't control our own destiny, and we're either playing diplomacy or kingmaker, neither of which is very appealing.

##VOTE DrF

Yeah I will admit I am enjoying today more than I have past ones. The first couple days kinda sucked though.

I am town and I am far more invested now than I was N3. The game is exciting now and I have a unique puzzle to solve.

based on D1 and his wagon, I bet what happened is damo was MMA, and figured hey my role does help town later. so this isnt a lie. well it is, but from his POV he probably thought he would live anyway. So he holstered N1 perhaps?

Okay so final thing

I still don’t know if rdr is good or not, there is potential for rdr to not be town

Worcej is town
Kotp is town.

That’s basically all I know

I would like to put Chaqa and Balki as both town, but honestly I’m just not damn sure anymore

Brain’s doc shenanigans really screwed up my interpretation of the gamestate
rdr is paired with me. He is town.

if damo or fidelis was MMA they would not be able to shoot as no matter what they did, if both were angels it would implicate them both as targets. the no kill does the opposite.

I'm enjoying having my feet to the fire and entering this new phase of play. The first few days were just losing town and flailing.

Literally everyone thinks I'm scum and I can still play the game anyway. That's kinda cool.

well yea. theres 6 people for town to choose from and theres maniupulation, buddying, and bloc voting occuring and no one knows what to even hunt for. some want to find a mortis, some want to find a 1 shot arsonist, some want to find an MMA. and then some wanna pretend they want some combo of those things

actually both scumteams lose if MMA dies right? because the judges shouldnt be able to stop towns cops and docs unless angels do that heavy lifting.

Well, Brain retreating his claim makes some sense, if was any other player doing this it will be 100% scum. With Brain I don't know.

I think we need to kill between DrFidelis, Damo, Ghug or Demon. We should try to not spread much our votes at EOD.

We should force Dr and Demon to claim, but don't think we will get much from this.
