I'm just speculating, there's not much meat to this, but based on what I know of the two of them, I am more inclined to think Ezio would fake a CC than Rdrivera.

The point is not convincing but allowing you (and probably Tham) as confirmed town to direct the lynch if three people vote Xorxes and End, you can lynch him (by also voting End) without risking someone changing last minute. Maybe it's too close to deadline to do this, but it's a good way to avoid scum influence in the lynch.
