I don't think summit would to create an association with his scumpartners and the read looks quite vague. He never backed it up and then voted for Maniac.

Fair point. Scum!summit in M1015 only ever scumread his teammate, so I wouldn't be shocked if summit's only scumread was of a partner. But I'm sure he's aware of that, so it's also very possible he avoided his partners because of it.

I think him voting Maniac there doesn't say much about Maniac's alignment, since it was summit's only option for a counter wagon.
