In fact, (although I recall that something like this has been said,) the restrictions MIGHT be as simple as a maximum post number, based on the explanation on page 1 of the reavers lack of communication ability, zombie-like.

KalEl wouldn't care if the Agent were being scanned. His RB would be best spent on either Dargo (to prevent any tracking of their night-kills) or the RP (to prevent his teammates being converted). If Damo didn't get a scan result, one of two things happened:
1. Damo was roleblocked
2. Damo is a Reaver and no longer has a scan

If #1 were true, KalEl would have had to roleblcoked him. He knows Damo is scanning in the VTs, so he would only do this if the Investigator is a VT claimant and not one of goldie/worcej.

Therefore - if we lynch Goldie, and worcej, and neither are Investigator, then we can believe that damo was roleblocked. However, if one of Goldi/worcej is Investigator, then why would KalEl roleblock damo? He wouldn't. In that scenario, damo has lost his powers to a Reaving.

It isn't really something we can act on at the moment, but it's something to keep in mind as we go forward.
