I haven't read most of the thread, but I've caught up on recent events. But at least I already knew that there was a town that scanned as scum!! (Chaqa?? )

Hmmm, this is exactly the sort of comment I would expect from Xorxes as a scum. His contributions are often limited to rule clarifications that serve to help influence the decision he desires. He wouldn't usually overtly defend a scum ally (especially not one scanned by a proven?? cop), but he would indirectly try to help them.

If called out on it (in this case, his attempt to delay Neph's sentencing) he can always fall back on claiming that he was just pointing out the rules.

Maybe not particularly damning in itself, but it fits the typical xorxes lurkish scum playstyle that I remember.
