Actually, I should take my own advice and reread it. If the prisoner is stabbed they don't die immediately as I thought, so even if he was stabbed he would be able to post. So part of what I said was wrong.

Having now read through the jailer, he also would have been told if he was stabbed, so he would know he was still alive. Once again though I think It'd be way early to use a one use stab.

There's going to be 13 town remaining, presumably, tomorrow, and collective wisdom may be a way to build the right portrait of who is scummiest.

OK, I think it's about time for me to come clean.

It should be obvious by now that I'm not the Survivor. I don't actually understand what the purpose of this role is really, because all they have to do is claim and then neither town nor mafia will want anything to do with them. It's a guaranteed win, albeit a boring one. Town does not want to waste a lynch there, and Mafia would not want to risk a failed NK.

When I read Vecna asking Proximo to come forward I first did it as a joke thinking I would be counterclaimed immediately. When that didn't happen, I kept it up because it was harmless fun, and possibly I could get some reactions from that. Also I realized that outing Proximo is more beneficial to Mafia than to town, because town can always change their lynch if they claim whereas Mafia can't give them a chance to claim before trying to kill them. In any case, if the survivor is who I think it is, they will never be a NK target anyway. My best guess at survivor, based on reactions to my claim, is damo.

@damo, I'm only outing you because you are voting for me, which means you plan to counterclaim me, and I don't want that to happen near EOD and then I get lynched in the confusion. Voting for me because of the claim is ridiculous, so I assume you are the 3rd party.

If I'm wrong about damo and he denies being the survivor, then the real survivor should probably stay hidden if they want to help town.

That's true. And I still think you're likely either 3P or scum that was fake claiming for some reason. I don't see any reason to change my vote quite yet. It's not like any vote before the last 12 hours actually matters anyway.

Assuming that the real survivor might not CC (because whadda-ya-know, have we had a counterclaim? No we have not!), and relying on the assumption that town will not bother to lynch you.

Not really too early as now Vapor is confirmed town (for now). They can't just NK him either as bodyguard will protect him. They can't even jail and stab him anymore since they would be jailing bodyguard. It was an ideal scenario for a stab and it makes little sense that they did not use it.

Possible reasons for not using the stab:

1) Vapor's top scumread is actually scum. By stabbing Vapor they would habve 100% towncleared him for D2 meaning that most townies would end up sheeping his vote.
2) Vapor's reads are so bad that scum prefers having him around abd have fellow townies vote for him.
3) In a very contrived scenario, Vapor is actually scum.
