I'm not asking about your read on me, what I mean is, you said we should have spent more time looking at Xorxes' claim. My question is, what do you think of the way other people reacted to my attempts to discuss it.

These varied but can mostly be summarised as:
- People saying it was obvious Xorxes was joking, and therefore not worth discussion,
- People scumreading me for wanting to talk about the claim,
- People telling me to shut up and not talk about it,
- People assuming Xorxes' claim was true but behaving as if Survivor is somehow town-aligned,
- People assuming Xorxes was lying and being willing to vote him.

According to Yuuki, none of this is worth discussing!!

I feel like Day 1 was more useless than usual this game. Like, the primary discussions were all about random crap instead of anything tangible. Admittedly there wasn’t a lot to discuss, but we could have spent some time arguing the merits of any gladiator contests, xorxes claim, or big strategy stuff, and instead we got day 1 as it happened.

Maybe Chaqa actually isnt scum this game. He's actually being -gasp- somewhat sensible. He could still be doing a bo_sox ofcourse, but I dont mind him as much.

Jamie: explained it many times
xorxes: trying to play down Jamie's scumminess. Possible that his claim was agreed on the day scum chat to give Jamie the chance to divert conversation away from scum hunting into survivor BS.
temasek: shady as hell
damo/percy/any other lurker
carambola: not trying to scum hunt at all. Playing the clueless noob card.

This game is easy. I don't know why we townies lose so often.

You'll get to see why probably this game - people forget what others have done and stop analyzing them and then near the end, the scum just gives a shovel to a town player and watches the train wreck complete itself.

Your response to (3) starts from an assumption that I am scum, and then works backwards to justify that assumption.

So you are just choosing to ignore 1 and 2 to focus on 3 that is clearly a consequence of 1 and 2

How come you disappeared for so much of the second half of the day? You were one of the top wagons for much of the day, and at times the lead wagon. Why didn't you show up and try to defend yourself?

I'm not exactly sure how to feel about Percy seeing himself being called out for "lack of charm", then proceeding to respond to just banter lol

I missed the initial joke phase, so I gotta catch up. Really though, I've hated how little time I've been able to devote to the beginning of the game, but I'm in the process of rebalancing my schedule, so my play should improve (to its normal terrible level). I'm always terrible at finding useful things D1, and At the point I'm at in the chat so far the main things I'm seeing are Jamiet tunneling Xorxes for that claim and getting angry (as usual), Raging Ike doing his normal waffling about whether he knows his role or not while poking everybody.

I would argue that whoever was jailed this night is a townclear. Scum would not have known this beforehand so they wouldn't have targeted one of their own.
