Percy is definitely still possible, but there are a lot of things that make him unlikely to be the last scum.

Nobody, but the whole point of the post was to encourage Flavius to be open to at least reconsidering if that's the case, and I felt pretty sure that if I didn't say something, he (or someone) would end up pouncing on it and making the situation even worse than it already is.
