this is not really unrelated but rereading Jamie's posts I've suddenly realized he's got a fucking hilarious sense of humor xD

there's so much deadpan or sarcasm that just leans the line of being absolutely serious

Jamiet can be as funny when he is being self-aware as when he is not.

The points he makes about Ezio's gun are all correct, but not something we should be discussing at night though.

We wouldn't have to if Ezio hadn't demanded we make his gun claim one of the key issues of the phase.

Why do you think he did that?

I assume to see who would respond what. It gives me town leaning towards Ezio conditional on what the truth about the gun ends up being.

Also I don't like when players are like "oh this player hasn't had an amazing read yet guys, be wary of them" that always feels like a scum trying to set up for a lynch two days from now on a well respected player in case they haven't found a scum yet

I think Jamie made a good point that using the Alien Ray Gun on anyone we do not know is scum or alien being more harmful to town than helpful. Vecna also made a good point about the Item Thief.

I think that if Ezio really does have the Alien Ray Gun, the best use of it would be to prove he is town by shooting himself with it tonight to keep it from falling into scum hands.

And leave a note telling us his alignment.

So I guess I owe everyone an explanation for my somewhat erroneous behavior this game so far.

I decided to it back and watch and just observe the game, and also to post nothing/shit in an attempt to present myself as a rather easy LHF. However I'm getting bored and don't think I'm gonna get anything more from it.

In terms of who mentioned my behavior it went, Squigs -> EMC -> Jamie (D1) then Vecna -> Xorx -> Bo N1 (I think).

I assume that by the time I have read through the night that Squigs will have answered your ask of him, but if not, I’d like to know what he’s looking at too.

I assume you are asking about my Rdrivera read? Tone is the main thing, he just seems a lot more comfortable. His scum game is also pretty reserved and monotonous, but this game he has a little bit of humor in his posting and he has some posts that show original thinking that I find resonate with me.

Neph has a completely distinct type of interacting compared to his previous game where he randed scum. There he used charm and plenty of cutesy speech inserted in his walls

Now he's a different guy, I think he's experimenting with playstyles thus making it difficult to have him lean in a specific direction

Why this change, Neph?

He also has a completely different style of when he was town. I made a post on why I think this points to scum Neph rather than town Neph.

Still not liking Neph. I have never seen him play this way, and it looks to me like he is trying to just fly under the radar.

Yep, he has always played actively as either alignment.

After playing scum with him last game, he seemed frustrated for getting caught, because he cut corners on his reads due to a lack of time which got him caught by Ezio.
I'm thinking if he rolled scum this game, he is more likely to just drop his effort level so that he doesn't get caught the same way. As town, I can't think of a reason for Neph to change in this way other than real life time constraints, which he hasn't mentioned.
