Answers to both of your questions are in the OP... which hasn't been published yet since the game is still days out. We will be going back to the old rules of no +1ing to make it easier on us.

For those of you new to webdip mafia heres a few things to remember

1. Some players do things, and vote people
2. Some players talk about the people doing things
3. Some players just do nothing

Its a good idea to look at all three groups. Dont focus only on naked voters who RVS someone. Look at the people who talk about people, and see what you think.

Naked votes are votes without any explanations or accompanying reasoning
RVS is the the early game where people just sorta 'do stuff'
