Ill ask the gm if unkillable means lynchproof as well. Not that it matters, because were not wasting a lynch on me regardless.

I already did, and yes, it does.

I believe Vecna's claim. It's the kind of role you don't suffer all that much for if you claim it, and Vecna has an enormous ego and therefore wouldn't be too bothered if his claim harmed town.

Because that is like the definition of circular reasoning.

If Vecna is town, he would do this.

Youre not really showing any thought to determine if im town though. Because I would damn definately also do some simple shit as this as scum. But youre not even trying to figure it out.

Quick thoughts, the only player who needs one karma in each of the four phases is the Godfather/Tree stump. The only other player with karma-by-phase is the commuter which is a town role (The other three karma based roles are total)

Personally I think that ensuring we don't have a Godfather is better than having a 50/50 for a tree stump and that we want a commuter.

Therefore I propose that we ensure that EVERYONE gets at least one karma in the first two phases, this then guarantees that commuter gets activated (if there is one). As an added bonus, everyone then ends up with some karma bonus from this game.

I then would suggest that NO ONE gets karma in the renaissance era as the only player to benefit from this is tree stump/godfather.

I then say after the renaissance we go nuts with the +1 to ensure that the chameleon gets activated.

I see this as the best way to manage the karma. Is there anyone that DISAGREES with this strategy or sees issues with it?

This is the towniest post in the game so far. I wholeheartedly agree with this proposal and anyone who doesn't is scum or an idiot.

Anyone +1's a post during the Renaissance era, we lynch them (unless somehow they are already clear).

I have been looking forward to this game and I have studied the various roles in detail. I am afraid that having done this, I have many, many questions.
Can we conclude from this that if you did not ask any questions about a certain role, you are pretty clear on how that role works?
Ouch. Obvious PR fishing is obvious!
OK, I'll take that as a yes then.

Thats the exact type of busywork a scumplayer would do who knows they rolled without the godfather.

I really dislike the way that, right after Netphys showed up with a very sensible, very towny post, Lord Quas and Fox 2 showed up and made what looks like a serious attempt to depth-charge it.

So what about the followup post? Or you just gonna ignore that one, even though it was posted long before u responded to the first one?

What, this follow-up post?

I'm not sure what your point is, Squawker.

You are playing against town with this claim by helping Mafia choose their NK more optimally.
Dont care. My continued survival is more important to me than giving scum the ~6% better chance of hitting something important.
But why not wait until D2 to make the claim since you can't die D1 anyway? And why not make scum waste their first NK on you? (Unless you are not invulnerable N1, I'm not clear on that yet.)

You know, a follow-up usually comes after something. Its not like I called it a precede-up or some nonsense like that.

What is your problem?

My reaction to your claim is that it is probably true and my instinct was to believe it.

You are now making out that believing your claim is foolish.

Do you therefore retract it?

If not, why did you make it?

I'm not clear why we should be giving any +1's to anyone at all. None of the guaranteed town roles require +1's do they? Why do we want to enable someone's power if we don't even know they're town?

I don't know whether to vote Xorxes or not here.

On the one hand he's blatantly, horribly, fishing for PRs. On the other hand, scum Xorxes usually plays well and doesn't do crass, stupid things. Argh. But that's too WIFOM.

Ok then.
