Maybe they vote during the day and the NK processes together with the lynch?
So, just started my reread. I have to point this out. There was confusion on the first page about how the game would work with no night phase. Xorxes was the first to speculate that the NK would process together with the lynch.

I think this was a reasonable guess, and it is what I was thinking would probably happen too. But I think it's significant that Xorxes was the first to put that guess in thread, and it seems like this is exactly correct. I would think that scum knew exactly how these mechanics worked form the start, and they would be hesitant to reveal the correct mechanics, for fear it would give them away.

I betcha Xorxes is town.

Both Rdrivera and Vecna said they weren't going to be around at deadline.
So lynch decision comes down to xorxes and damian assuming no last minute wagons or switches happen.
Um, what?

You buy into the "Not around at EOD grants immunity" theory?
Balki failing at reading comprehension? Weird.

Hi squiggles. I remember everyone and their mother wanted to lynch you and I tried to save you by oracling scum and you still got lynched.

If I'm an oracle this game do you want me to oracle you this time? Do you want to be revealed?
Sorry to state the obvious. I think Fluminator was the Oracle.

1. I misunderstand people all the time.
2. I think my struggle here was in not really knowing the vote count and who was on what wagon. This was probably before I asked someone to tell me how to work peterbot.

@Ezio, all this pretend confidence and refusal to explain yourself is a bad look, and a conceivable blatant attempt at "too scummy to be scum" cred. And here's the other thing -- if you die, we won't know your role when you flip. So putting stuff like this down can very easily be misinterpreted if you flip town.

This is another reason for a mass reveal. It's really hard for our informational PRs to breadcrumb their results when their roles are not revealed upon death.

This is so weird, you said this right before I voted for Squigs.

I want to assure everyone that there was no mafia chat where I informed Ezio where I would be voting.

But he was townreading me as fanatically as Flum.

As conftown, I'm saying no mass reveal until (M|L)YLO. If anyone wants to claim in the mean time, they're certainly welcome to.

I continue to townread Balki for the suggestion.

I continue to townread Ezio. The overconfidence thing is something he's done as town in the past. He was especially stupid at EoD, so I'm less confident than I was before, but he's more likely town than scum. What we do know is that he really wanted Squigs lynched yesterday. If rd is town, that's a big plus for Ezio.

I'm starting to lean more town on xorxes, but I'm not confident.

Hi fine Wakanda folks. I don't think I played a setup like this before, but I played a no-reveal and I think it isn't so different. We need to focus on finding scum and not on mechanics.

I found Ghug starting post even worst then usual, with that "I don't care for setup" feeling.

And Squigs is a lot more agressive on this game.
Which you should well know is a towntell for Ghug
I'm only on page 4 of my re-read, but Vecna is looking towny. See above. I doubt Scum!Vecna douses those flames given that ghug is town.

So. Unless Scum has a false information role. Ghug, Flum and Squig are all town.

Hard to learn anything about Vecna from that EOD I’m still leaning town on him. But I feel more confident that RDR is scum.

So RDR, Fox, Ezio?
It coud be rdr-damian-Ezio, rdr-damian-bozo, or some other combination of those.

We have 4 mislynches in the worst case scenario before we lose.
I feel like Foxy is too sure about the setup here in this Day 1, page 4 post, right? I mean, I felt so in the dark Day 1, I did not think to tally up the potential mislynches. This really looks scum indicative to me.

That would be devastating to town if the scum could reveal a scum as town in a closed setup, I do not think that is a possibility.
Of course it is not a possibility, and I wouldn't be surprized if you both know it.

I’m really glad peter’s got his bot working for us now.

Looking at posting patterns the first thing to jump out at me was how many posts Xorxes had made, with so few words. Looking through his posts though there’s a bunch of the usually junk joke posting, but we’re he has been scum hunting it’s been pointed and direct. He’s asking solid questions. I’d put him down as town.

Vecna is playing exactly the same way I’ve seen him play before. Which I always seem to misread as scummy. I think he’s probably town as well.

Which leaves the rest of y’all. I don’t think there is anything in either Ghug or Ezio’s play which has been solidly alignment indicative. Ezio’s play always looks bad to me because I don’t get his logic.

Then we have Balki and ND, both have said a fair bit without actually saying much. I think we are starting to see some good questions from ND. Is Balki always this jokey?

Tom started out with a lot about flavour and not a lot about his vote but he’s leveled some pretty pointed questions at Balki and raises a good point about ND answering all the filler questions. So I’m leaving town.

Flum is playing the same way he always seems to play. I don’t trust it, it feels scummy to me to basically try and keep meaningful contributions to 0 early in the game but With Flum it probably isn’t alignment indicative.

Rdrivera has been fairly middle of the road. Not super active but he’s asked some good questions, so probably slightly town.

I don’t know if I’ve played with Foxcastle before but I don’t love what I’ve seen. Lots of idle speculation no scum hunting.

And Bozo is.... well he’s had an interesting start. Likely NAI for the reasons everyone else has already said
This post from Damian on page 7 is aging quite well.

He town reads Xorxes and Vecna, which I am thinking is probably right at this point in time.

He town reads Tom, and notes ND is asking good questions. Obviously both those guys are town.

Throws a bit of suspicion at Balki and Foxy, and I can understand why.

I'm liking Damian a bit more.
