The emergency hatch is indeed blown, I assume it can still fly in atmosphere, but cannot leave the planet without being repaired.

tile 6.8 denotes the colony
Orange colored tiles indicate resource areas with Endeavour Lily

12,14 is where we were supposed to colonize.
11,19 is the mountain where we apprehended Diamor and Stylls
4,7 is where we noticed the wisp
5,8 we placed a turbine

Wow. This is awesome.

What are the red grassland and marsh areas?

I don't see 11,19 but I'll take your word for it.

Is there a scale for how long it takes to travel units on the map? By foot, by Python, etc?

See above, Edited.

the python can travel anywhere on this map in half a phase without even expending a fuel.

by foot it would take a considerable 2 or 3 phases to reach the mountains or to reach the other LZ.

if you became a dreadnaught you could relocate the colony 2 tiles per phase any direction.

reddish/orange marshes and grasslands are places where endeavour lily is known to grow

there are two different sized maps posted above, the coordinates change based on which you are talking about. so as a coalition, let us agree to refer to the coordinates in the larger map moving forward, just so we dont all get confused.

**Incoming Transmission from Prime Minister Ayberk of Turkey**

We are most pleased to have a neighbor. We have sent you an offer to provide you workers to give us some much needed relief. Were overpopulated and broke. You seem to be the opposite. Let us know if you want more population than our offer. We can go up to (26)

The more I think about it, the more useful I think taking on Pop will be.

Brainbot - can you send them a message back and ask if they would be willing to send less Pop for less credits? Perhaps 2 Credits for 2 Pop? What do my fellow Councilors think?

Why would we pay to solve someone elses problem? Seems like us taking them should be enough payment. We do need pops, but I want pops that are loyal to us.

No one has asked yet, but in the interest of full disclosure I have a wisp I have been talking to, it took over my python when I landed on the mountain. It helped get the hostile one back here. That was the orange forcefield. Here is the stat block:
Ignus (Will O Wisp, Alien)
Health 52 ATK 0.
Once per phase Ignus can turn himself into an energy field commonly known as a forcefield. Highly susceptible to EMP weapons. On death explodes at strength of a nuke. Passive Abilities: (Positive: Ignus can enter any electronic, travel rapid speeds, and overly as a mesh on any OS) (Positive: Has Benevolent trait, values sancitity of life and improves Health of those around him)

He asks that we respect what is already here and requests our help in getting the planet back to a level that can support life. He says that protecting the value of life matters to him including us
He recommends that we dump brainbot in favor of Pulse .
He says that Flicke just needs attention and he will help us too.

Well cool. That's our goal too - getting the planet livable again.

Maybe you can ask Ignus how we can avoid dying from Flicke.

Also, do we need to propose legislation to get characters to do actions - Hana interrogate Styll - or can they just do them?

Character actionds dont need legislation necessarily. You cant apply someone to act by proxy. If they fail to act thats sort of part of the mix.
