Can you please try to give me some reasons for why you think that? Because I really think Vecna is town, and I don't think that Durga would interact with Rivera the way she did if he were her partner. But I'd really like to understand where you're coming from.

I still think there's a possibility Kgray and Durga were/are scum together, yes. I'm not hugely confident but I'm like you in terms of my confidence levels at this point.
