MAFIA 48 -The Gladiator- GAME THREAD [HIDDEN]

I'm not strongly scumreading anyone yet. Despite the recent 3rd party explanations I am reasonably happy with my vote on Xorxes.

Last two games we were teammates, first as scum, then as town. Last game we immediately recognized each other as fellow town PRs and gelled very well together. I think you generally respect my game enough not to throw a vote for me without understandiung what you're doing.

The wagon on Chaqa is silly.

Why? How can you know if you are not even following the game?

The wagon on me I can understand but now I'm here I assume will dissipate.

If Chaqa claims PR I'm moving to you at this point.

I could switch to any of the lurkier players.

I don't think we can really afford random voting if you're town.

1. Agree last 2 games we played we had each other well sorted out. This game I can't really fathom you. I didn't like you 'claim' but in light of your explanations and claim withdrawal I understand it better. I'm pretty convinced you are not 3p but not totally convinced you are not scum. My (second) vote on you was generally a park vote. I don't think you are the best lynch today but as yet unsure where to move.

2. I'm now caught up. My interpretation is Chaqa was saying he wished he was in a position to make a gladiatorial challenge.

3. Unlikely as I think Chaqa is VT. However, if you are town switching to me would be a blundeer.

4. Yes you have a point. Problem is I don't have any strong (or even weak) scumreads. There are several players I definitely won't be voting for.

On a separate note why has nobody picked up on my observation about Proximo?

I agree that's a reasonable interpretation of the second scumslip. But he didn't explain it that way, he explained it by saying there are town roles that are not gladiators as well.

What do you think of the other scumslip, which for me was much more significant, the one where he says that his townread of emc may be biased like it was last game. That is either a scumslip if he is telling the truth, or a lie. Which do you think it is?

Ah, you're right. My guess from the context is that he gets immunity for one night. That's what he gets N1 for free because he had no chance to make a bet for D1.

The more Vapor posts, the less I like it. I was suspicious of the whole jail thing to begin with, but he's cannonballing into my scumreads at this point.
