Re: M81: A Night To Remember [GAME THREAD]
the timing on the tie makes me believe my assertion N1 might not have been wrong after all.
Aaro wasnt a real option for a good while, yet damo chose to wait purposefully till the very last second to tie it.
Speedhammer on both him and Ghug plz.

You think that was scum v scum?

Yeah, damo is getting my hammer D3. No need for additional discussion from him anymore.
Re: M81: A Night To Remember [GAME THREAD]
I mean, its probably too simple, but plenty of things that happened so far in this game point me to think thats the likely solution yeah.

FWIW, I still think Ezio looked sketchy as EoD approached. Nobody seemed to want to acknowledge me saying that.

When you say scum v scum? Which two players are you referring to?

Wait a moment.
Ghug could have saved himself by moving to Damo.
Why didn't he do that?
When Ghug posted this, around two minutes were left. Ghug's vote was on Aaro. Brainbomb had just moved to Damo.

The timestamp for me says there was 1 minute left. At that point, the wagons were 5-ghug, 4-me, 3-damo.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 11:34 pmWait a moment.

You are wrong. Go and look in the actual thread.aarodactyl wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 11:35 pmThe timestamp for me says there was 1 minute left. At that point, the wagons were 5-ghug, 4-me, 3-damo.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 11:34 pmWait a moment.

It was 5 Ghug / 4 Damo / 3 Aaro because Brainbomb had just moved.

Ah you're right. I saw on the bot that there were no moves between 4 and 1 minutes left and that was before I realized the timestamp said :59.Jamiet99uk wrote: ↑Sat Jun 24, 2023 11:39 pmYou are wrong. Anyways. It was probably a crosspost. I do wish ghug had noticed brain's move, but I don't think it's a crime he closed the thread.

Re: M81: A Night To Remember [GAME THREAD]
No I'm just saying that I don't have conclusive proof of your alignment; I don't have conclusive proof of Ghug's alignment. Therefore, any talk about whether you and Ghug are both scum, or not, must involve some level of hypothesis. Vecna and I are both currently supporting the hypothesis that you are both scum. This hypothesis can, of course, be tested.
You saying "yeah but that's hypothetical" is in relatively bad faith, I think. Since it started from me reacting to you saying "Scumghug would have killed towndamo". That statement also involves some element of hypothesis because even if your alignment is town (and I concede that you do know what your alignment is), you would not be certain of Ghug's alignment.
The only person you're truly competing against, Wesley, is yourself.
