Is 1em = 11px font-size in the css? Seems awfully small. 1.3 brings it to 14px. Usually 1em = 16px font-size

I'll probably try dropping it to 18 by 18 when the rest of the new ones are ready. Sick of having ugly ones that look 20 years old.
