Tap (Advanced) Privacy.
From the "Time Range" drop-down menu, select All Time.
Check Cookies and Site data and Cached Images and Files.
Tap Clear data.
Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Please note the solution in red bold text at the top of every page on the site. If you don't know how to clear your browser cache please see the following link.

Re: not allowing me to submit orders
Ah nevermind.
I manually deleted webdiplomacy history and it didnt work, so just deleted all my web history and it fixed it.

Re: not allowing me to submit orders
That's odd; neither should work. Clearing your webDip cache(d files and images) is what you're aiming for. Perhaps deleting all history included that.

Re: not allowing me to submit orders
Deleting my web history worked for me too- doing that deletes one's cache without having to be tech literate and go looking for it.
Re: not allowing me to submit orders

i couldn't figure out how to do it on my kindle or safari but clearing your history worked for me on google chrome

Re: not allowing me to submit orders
I use Safari on both an iPad & iPhone. Clearing the cache fixed on the iPad, but not the iPhone. No big deal as the phone screen is too small anyway.
Re: not allowing me to submit orders
Still having this issue on iMac / Safari as well as iPhone / Safari. Can't enter orders. Clearing cache, all history, flash cache, temp files, cookies and whatever else I can find. Nothing works.
Re: not allowing me to submit orders
I’m in the same situation as @Dutcher. Cleared cache of iPhone but it still won’t let me enter orders.

Re: not allowing me to submit orders
My friend had a similar problem on iPhone. Clearing the history fixed the issue.
