As an admin and a player, I'm very concerned that the TD seems to be playing favorites here. As a former member of Greater Lakes, I'm even more concerned that all the favorites are from Cascadia.

No, but, as Claesar said, the skill disparity between players is great. I am seeing a lot of throwing though, in many running ODC games as well.
