Sometimes a country leaves and is replaced before I notice who went and who arrived. Would it be an idea to say in the automated message which countries have been replaced by a new user? Also, if a user is kicked from a country, can they re-join or is it safe to say it will always be a new user that...

To make creating live games easier, it would be great if we were given more choice over the start time of the game. Often it's good to create the game a few hours before at a specific time.
