Re: 20 Questions: Game 284

Is this person involved with a major ongoing news story (outside of her acting career)?

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

Why do you think that? If the GF is going to be DKed D1, the mafia would want to be on the wagon. I think it is very unlikely the mafia stayed off the wagon and let 7 town DK the GF. Right. But at votes 2-5, they are less likely to suspect that the GF is going to be DKed, right? I don't think it se...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

Sparta claimed they would eventually switch to worcej, presumably over my wagon. Idk about Bozo, they are the wildcard. Not sensing any defections from either wagon, though maybe there will be a shift to prevent a tie. Unlikely to be much scum movement, since they are probably all piled on my wagon...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

Don’t want worcej. ##vote sweet if those are my choices. And for the record: I hate these choices. Do better, town. Might not be back. Have kids and company. How about Bozo? I'd go Bozo if I had some company. I'm sure this has been said before, but can you point me once more to the case against Boz...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

I still consider Bonatogether a possible mafia. Like, I still assess Bona as Town D1, but if he managed to fool us all then his following play is super scummy because his ONLY contribution so far is to lazily tunnel me. That's a fair point. Bona has not really been participating in a meaningful way...

Anyways: ##VOTE DiplomacyandWarfare
We need to consolidate. Sadly Dip doesn't look like they will be flipped.

Please vote worcej or drink the Kool aid and vote sweetandcool.
I should be on at EoD and will change to worcej if necessary. I am not sold on him though.

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

Smh I'm not actually claiming I'm the Cop, you realise? I'm convinced this was a slip. Regardless of whether or not you were claiming to be the Cop, you came up with a scan list that was inconsistent with your previous role block claim (which now I am questioning). So, until I am convinced otherwis...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

I am up to Page 128 and now I need to go and get something to eat. I will be back before EoD hopefully, but just in case I am not, my scans were: N1: Balki (innocent) N2: Damo (innocent) N3: Worcej (guilty) Wait wait wait wait wait wait wait. Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

So My Towncore: Jamiet Balki Hamilton Pirate (based on D1 vote) Bona (based on D1 vote and interactions with JustWill and D1 vote) RDR/Dip (based on D1 vote) Sweet (based on D1 vote) BunnyGo (based on solveyness and his helpful read on Hamilton) Why don't you think that rdrivera was bussing on Day 1?

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

It might reveal who the cop is, though. This sort of thing was also attempted in M87 and fizzled out pretty quickly. Okay, let's chase this out. Pretend (for the sake of argument) that you are the clerk and I am not the clerk. You would list off three scans you made. Presumably you tell the truth (...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

I am glad that the emotions of yesterday have cooled off. Yesterday was my course's final examination, so I had to make sure that 450 students successfully took a 3-hour long test. Now I have a bit more headspace. I am going to try to tell a story. I don't know whether or not it works, but it is a s...

Re: Mafia 88: Murder at the Meadery - GAME THREAD

It's no excuse, but I have been struggling in RL following the death of my grandmother at the weekend, and I have been drinking quite heavily again. It's no excuse but thank you for not shouting at me. I'm sorry for your loss, Jamie. Losing a grandparent can be very hard. I sometimes tear up when I...
