I think the tired tortoise problem does have legitimacy. There are people who complete their diplomacy, enter their orders and do not ready them. Delayed readying should only be waiting for a response to make a final decision. There are times players will announce that they have readied and are wait...

What will I need to do?

IE, I disbanded the last unit for the defeat of the disordered country. I see that I am listed as defeated, do I also have a defeat credited to me as well even...
