Post-truth and the "Bilderberg Elite"

by Incrementalist » Fri Jun 08, 2018 2:41 am

Apparently
the secretive Bilderberg elite are worried about the 'post-truth' world
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/06/bilderb ... itics.html

Yet as recently as 2005 the Chairman of the Bilderberg steering committee made light of conspiracists and their theories:
"It is unavoidable and it doesn't matter. There will always be people who believe in conspiracies but things happen in a much more incoherent fashion."

Is it not the case that the kind of non-transparency the "Bilderberg elite" indulge in creates the conditions for post-truth to thrive?

When the people are given a choice between a horse shit 'post-truth' explanation from hack journalists, and no explanation at all forthcoming from the "elite", is it any wonder that 'post-truth' becomes the only game in town?

How do they not realize this?
