I think there's about 2 players on average who are playing in the World Cup per game so I don't think it had that much of an impact.

I will also start a makeup game for [url="https://webdiplomacy.net/board.php?gameID=217366"]Game 3[/url] because some bozo thought it would be a good idea to cheat in an unranked game. This game will require an invite code so I can screen everybody that wants to join the game to evaluate the likelyhood they are cheaters. This game will also have 1-2 of the countries arranged to ensure that I get the country I received in the original Game 3. The rest of the countries will be assigned randomly just like usual.

The game will be anonymous, Public Press, and unranked. Please send me a PM if your interested in joining a makeup Game 3 and I will set it up ASAP.
