While it sounds lovely to prevent NMRs, we've had a lot of problems in the past with people holding games hostage by not entering orders. That's why it's not a standard option.
sounds unfun on my end fwiw
I thought it was obnoxious enough when people ran the clock on orders all the way repeatedly in the tourney, even on retreat phases when there was literally no choice but one specific order.
i mgiht watch the games though :)
