I know it isn't what you originally suggested (this is 24 hr phase, SoS, Anon, Public draw, 25 pt) but the following is open, if anyone is interested

Hey everyone, I haven't played a diplomacy game for almost a year now since ODC ended. Looking to get back into it, all are welcome.

I'm thinking 48-hour phases, anonymous, DSS, public draw votes, 80%+ reliability. If you sign up, I only ask that you send press regularly, and hopefully we can have a fun, high-quality game :-)
