:o :o :o

Nothing gave it away, she was just the only one I could think of that fit the bill for not being famous for anything except... being herself. I didn't even think of her all game until Hominidae's last question where he included "like something associated with her birth or death" and that brought her to mind. For most of the game I thought it was going to be either a businesswoman (Coco Chanel was the only one who came to mind), royal (Queen Mother, etc.), or military member (Hanna Reitsch, etc.), but all 3 of those categories were eliminated with the last few questions.

New game will be up soon.

Was she 70 or older when she died?
Well this was a funny question in retrospect.

Great first pick, wintergreen! Well done, Aristocrat!

It was Jeanne Calment.

What gave it away?

Whoops, didn't realize I was asking the twentieth question. Oh well.

Or... the non-free ones.

Not a native English speaker, not part of one of the Celtic nationalities, and not born in Germany. Probably French, then.

Is she primarily known for something that wasn't a personal accomplishment, like something associated with her birth or death, or being the subject of a work of art?
Yes. Time for the free guesses now.

I should probably clarify one of my previous answers. Although not famous for acting, this person did appear in a film.

- Not other arts
I'm not totally sure if other arts were included in the academia question or not, although I feel like if this is an artist of some variety, that would have gotten mentioned in that answer, or it would have been passed on.
Although you didn't ask for a clarification, I will go ahead and say that the person was not an artist of any sort.
