Switching time zone?

Hi all,

I remember in the past there used to be a spot in the settings where you could switch your time zone to match the time in your area, however, it appears that daylight savings time has me an hour off. I can't for the life of me find where I can adjust the time to make it accurate again, could you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
