Expanding waistline

I know nothing about science but had a bizarre thought the other day that I wanted to share with someone.

So there I was eating several burgers and observing the doppler effect on my pants. I had my 32 ounce mountain dew, onion rings, and a pack of peanut butter m&m's. I called up my buddy to see if we were on for watching some of that netflix stuff. Boy I could go for a good netflix. Thats when I heard a ping. My pant size was too small. My button went careening far off, into the galaxy. So far my pants button did travel. And I wondered, was it time for a diet? Was De Grasse Tyson more like Degrassi? Or was I just becoming a big fat turd...
