I would suggest clearing your cache and browsing data and trying it again. It appears to be working as intended for me.

Dear Gamemaster, there is a problem with the build setting for Russia for this upcoming turn build. It does not show where/what I can build, and I think that be pressing either SAVE or READY, I will simply be playing short a piece. I voted PAUSE in the hopes that this situation be corrected or I can be informed what to do. Thankyou for your time. KMK
