This occasionally happens to me on mobile (and has for years). I have no idea what causes it, but it's only 1 in every 100 order saves.

If changing your network settings fixed it, maybe it was because part of the javascript wasn't loading correctly. This could explain the intermittent failure on mobile, too. Hmmm....

I disabled my VPN and it worked. My friend managed to get orders in but I don't know what happened. For the life of me I don't know why my VPN would cause the problem but I toggled it several times and it definitely was the problem. So it's resolved for me, thanks for offering to take a further look though jmo.

Can you please send a screenshot of the problem, along with the game to [email protected] and I'll take a look. Currently we haven't gotten any other reports either, so please have your friend who can't get the site to load contact us as well.

Specifically, if I click “ready”, nothing happens and I load a blank webpage. Not 404. Just blank. Happens on my phone and my PC.

Anybody else having problems tonight? I am unable to save orders for a specific gunboat game (I can get to the page, but when I click "save" nothing happens the screen goes blank). One of my friends says he can't get the website to load at all.
