it isnt a gradient. its the people from my original townleans who I think deserve to stay there for a myriad of reasons.

I dont see those people as scum here. call it Hard Town
I think it's a small enough list to be reasonable but given the mechanics of this game I think it's probably more useful to be a little more flexible.

I've been thinking about it and I think our goal is just to break up pairs.

Although I don't want to vote worcej, because I put him through some really stressful stuff in the pregame chat and he came off pretty towny.
I am already actually excited for N1 and not having you RP as ChatGPT

Anyone can be townleader in a setup like this. but I usually play better when there is a more stoic player who stands in the firing line, who I can bounce ideas off of. Someone like Eden for example who is invested in peoples opinions and knows how to ask the right questions.

If you put me out in the front line and expect me to hold up for a full 48 hour day 1 as the focused and competant townleader you will ultimately lose momentum because I am not mentally built for that position. I change my mind too often to be followed, and my style is not great for clinging to a truth and forcing others to have to navigate around me. I am not an immovable object, I am actually very malleable and can change on a dime. You cant let someone like me direct town because I cant even direct myself most games.
I nominate worcej as town leader
Uhh... ooof....

Jealous.

I'm planning my next session (3 weeks away because summer vacations...)

My players bought a brewery so I think that will be most of it, trying to figure out what their next adventure will be.
Typical Americans.

A world of fantasy, magic and adventure is available to them, and they decide to set up a business.
I'm sorry, but a DnD adventure where my party and I setup a brewery or inn would be fucking awesome considering all the potential shenanigans that could occur in it
My party of a Paladin, a Ranger, a Gnome Cleric and a Dwarf Barbarian are going to establish a photocopier repair company.

So if worcej is town leader does that mean we should be end hammering ghug, and let him lead by example... or...
I mean, I've explained and commented in agreement on why I think ghug is an excellent D1 flip and why I believe he is scum.

S&C is another good candidate primarily due to the focus on mechanics, "trust me because I said so", and general lack of real actual opinion setting (he isn't explaining why when asked for it)

Jamie is my third choice, primarily off meta and lack of reaction to things that normally he'd react to - not to say he'd have a temper, but there are things he's not commented on that I'd expect him to have. I believe he's trying to be in the noise and not stand out here.

I was about to post it's odd how quiet ghug is being, but he's the second highest poster.

It could just be me, but someone posting that much and leaving no impact on me is a bit odd, especially for ghug.
Hard agree and is why I want him dead D1
OK let's throw Ghug overboard to be eaten by a rabid walrus.

##Vote Ghug

I was literally going to comment that you've been wanting to do the opposite, not stand out, and I was going to view that in a mildly positive light :P

Ghug is notoriously smoothbrain at mechs.
I want to claim then.

Someone tell me why I shouldn't.
This was already done to death yesterday. Pretty much, anti-claimers (including myself) generally prefer not to explain why right now.

So I can't convince you. But I would like to point out that until Mafia dies, the ghost chat is clean and partners can be claimed there. And single dance chat is clean because if Mafia kills their partner D1, then they can't lie about the single dance chat because eventually a town player will be in the chat and able to verify any claims as to what the ghost chat communicated.

Consequently, there is no reason to reveal yet.
This opinion is missing the fact that it'd be much better for the pairs to be known so that you can eliminate potential players from POE, like what Brain is doing with HB and DemonRHK. It could be an absolute waste of time since they are a pair and therefor cannot be scum together.

You, and probably aaro too, are scum trying to hinder town's information or put far to much value into what the ghost chat provides. If a scum is the first to get access to it, they will share all the statements from that chat because it'd be suicide not to.

This constant insistence that we'd "lose" the ghost chat to verify claims is on silly logic - the only claim you can verify is if they are partners or not, WHICH WE COULD JUST VERIFY NOW!
