Considering 'cooties' is another way of referring to human lice, it would be pointless to say you have them - that'd be like saying you were born with two arms and two legs. Your habits are such that it would surprise me if your hair, clothing, and pubic region were *not* infested with millions of blood sucking parasites.

Assuming you were both with two arms, that is - my understanding is the heavy drug use your parents indulge in predates your birth, and hence may have been a cause for defects. Their heavy use *after* your birth is perfectly understandable
