So, whilst the workload is high its not the end of the world for Dave to sit (I've told him I'll help out if needed). Luckily we're in World Cup groups A & B.

As most of your games have been paused, the workload's fine, but, if you're gonna be gone long, its not fair for the people in your games to have to remain paused, so I think a replacement should be found

(I am captain of Iberia.) I don't think someone needs to take over for dave bishop (who has played the game from the beginning) until after the game is done. It's hard to come into a game late and not know what is going on. Since there is no doubt that Iberia will make it to the finals, a substitute could come in then (or StevenC., if he solves his computer issues by then). Of course, if dave bishop doesn't want to sit two accounts or play the world Cup in stead of StevenC. for much longer, we can use a replacement.

By the way, I wouldn't unpause StevenC.'s other games without his explicit approval. StevenC. is keeping his games paused because he has an intention of returning to complete them, not because he wants to draw, wants to otherwise influence the game externally or wants to avoid a defeat, but because he believes his games would be more genuine if he actually played them.
