Assume that there was game where there were 3 players surviving. Two of those players ( one at 13 SCs and the other at 12 SCs ) are allied with each other and the third ( at 8 or 9 SCs ) has found a way to defend himself from those other two allied players indefinitely and those two allies refuse to attack each other and want to draw. Are they breaking any rules by not attacking each other, when that is the only other way to win the game? Or is it OK for them to refuse to attack each other? Should the third player vote for a draw? Or should he try to continue the game?
