I can't wait to evaluate whether or not you're a threat when there's a good chance that you are. When it comes to something petty, sure, I can pass on judgment, but the police MUST err on the safe side. This concept is absolutely critical for your understanding of our government and authority structures. Now, knowing that the police will be predisposed to disrespect in the interest of their safety, you should, if you really care about your beliefs at all, be as diplomatic as possible without compromising your beliefs.

It doesn't matter what anarchy actually means. Let's assume, momentarily, that everything you live for is relevant, and even correct. Let's assume that in complete anarchy, humanity would achieve perfection. This does not mean that the symbol of anarchy is associated with these ideals. This does not mean that anyone who sees the symbol won't associate it with violence that has been performed under the flag of anarchism. If you ignore this, your ignorance will prevent you from progressing anywhere. Understanding how people work is the only way you'll ever have any real hope of success.

It is necessary to split hairs. Government in this sense is one body having some degree of control over another body. Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems that you reject the notion that any control should exist between people, that nobody governs anyone else. If you prevent someone else from splitting your head open with a rock and feasting on the goo inside, you are exercising a certain amount of control over that person and, as a result, governing them to a degree.
