Lobbyists and lawyers in Indianapolis are a lot different than the ones in Washington. That's not to say that they don't cut corners at times (there are plenty that do; my mom doesn't often), but there are real morals in the lawyers here, unlike many places.

Generally speaking, most bets are stupid. and, but for about 2 million votes one way or the other I would have won...then who would be laughing? the vote was 51% to 49%...it was as decent a "gamble" as there is out there. Better odds than a casino.

And no, I don't believe I can have a civil conversation with Krellin. He proven himself incapable of that long ago and continues to do so now. He's the worst form of coward and net hero. He gets owned horribly when he makes his ridiculous, racist, political, declarations, and then comes back and makes them again as if the whole previous conversation never happened. And then he challenges other people for not having sufficient intellectual honesty. He's an insufferable lout and a cretin and he deserves worse than he's getting now. Sorry if that's negatively influencing your forum reads (really, I am) - and times I feel maybe I ought to back off, but then you go see the camera thread for example and he hasn't learned a fucking thing from this experience.
