Thanks. Turkey really wasn't doing you guys any favors that game, especially killing Italy at the end and losing any chance of taking Tunis in the process. By all accounts, we should have ended with a E-I-T three way, but I'll take a solo any day. Nice game all.

1) Italy survived.
2) Taking Tun before killing Italy? How? Especially with the support you give Italy - S1913 [Eng F(Tun) S Ita F(TyS) - IoN] and anyway, WeM+Tun can hold against TyS+IoN for ever, so how could I have taken Tun? I'm surprised you even let me into TyS in A1914, given how important TyS is and you could still take Spa, Por and Mar if you'd kept me out of TyS. <shakes head>

"we should have ended with a E-I-T" - Don't you mean "E-F-T"? By A1914 I'd taken out Italy (bar one unit) while France still had 4 SCs.

Oh, and Poozer (Italy) - that one unit was a real pain. I had to keep attacking it to prevent you taking a second SC and killing it would have been very hard without putting 3 units on the job, which I obviously couldn't spare. Well played. Well played indeed.

I think his point was that I was screwed regardless, and Italy could have been saved had you not continued to attack him when he still had several centers. I like to think I could have thrown the game though.

You all stopped me well, and I think we all also stopped France well. Fun with two solo threats. In the end, I drew, because it looked to me like France would push me out and go for a win.

Praed asked me to sit in for his account since he has RL concerns to take care of for the next week to ten days. This includes game 8 in this series. I don't really know what the procedure would be here, since you don't know which country Praed is, but you do know that he's in the game, so I thought I'd let everyone know.
